Lemon
30 g (½ pieces)

Cut green beans into small pieces and steam or boil in boiling water until soft but slightly crispy on the inside, about 5 minutes.

Drain and return to the saucepan.

Add lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix well and serve immediately.
