These gluten-free sugar blossom cookies are very easy to prepare and store. They will be perfect for Christmas or any other occasion. Don't forget to ask your kids for help - they will enjoy preparing the dough.
Peanut butter
150 g (12 tbsp)
Eggs
60 g (1 pieces)
Sugar
80 g (2½ cup)
Brown sugar
50 g
Acai powder
5 g (1 tsp)
Salt
1 g (⅕ tsp)
Hershey's Kisses

Please follow the next steps:

Preheat your oven to 350 Fahrenheit.

Mix the egg, sugar, vanilla extract, peanut butter, and salt in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth. Cover the dough and let it chill for 1 hour.

Make 1-inch balls from the dough and roll them in sugar.

Cover a baking tray with parchment paper. Place the cookies 2-3 inches apart. Bake for 10 minutes.

Remove the baking tray from the oven and place the kisses on top of the cookies. Press them a little bit.
