Very simple and quick potato recipe. Suitable for family dinner. You can diversify the recipe by adding sprigs of rosemary and a head of garlic to the baking dish. This will add flavor to your meal.
300 g (4 pieces)
135 g (1⅘ cup)
30 g (2 tbsp)
Olive oil, Salt, Oregano, Ice
Preheat the oven to 200°C / 392°F
Wash and dry potatoes.
Put potatoes and olive oil in a baking dish. Add salt and spices to taste and place it in the oven for 25-30 minutes
Spices can make your food taste better and they contain only a few calories.
Use spray cooking oil when you fry food. This will help you to use less oil for cooking.
