Feijoa jam is the most delicious type of jam you could ever taste. It is rich in useful trace elements and low in calories (especially if cooked with honey instead of sugar). It will stay in the fridge for more than one week so you can quickly spread it on tea sandwiches or eat with a spoon!

  • Fejioa

    500 g (2½ cup)

  • Walnuts

    100 g (1 pieces)

  • Lemon

    80 g (1 pieces)

  • Sugar

    400 g (2 cup)

  • Honey

    1 g (1 tsp)

How to make

Please follow the next steps:

    Cut 500 g of feijoa into halves, grind walnuts in a blender.

    Add a lemon to the feijoa and grind to a puree.

    Mix nuts to the mass, add sugar or half a glass of honey.
