Sunny and delicious passion fruit pie will be a great addition to any table. The pie is conveniently divided into 8 servings and is suitable for a large family or a feast, as well as for your dessert and lunch. The properties of passion fruit make the dish very beneficial for your body and health!
Passion fruit
450 g (2 cup)
Butter 82.5%
250 g (1 tbsp)
Flour
500 g (4 cup)
Sugar
350 g (1½ cup)
Agar (powder)
5 g
Egg white
350 g (1½ pieces)
Powdered sugar (sifted)
20 g (¼ cup)
Orange peel
5 g (1 tsp)
Please follow the next steps:

Heat the oven at a temperature of 175 degrees.

Cut a ripe passion fruit into two parts, wipe it through a colander, separating the juice from the seeds.

Mix: soft butter, flour (350 g), and sugar (100 g).

Mix with a mixer, transfer the dough into a glass form and make holes with a fork.

Put the dough in a preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes.

While the dough is baking, mix the remaining flour, sugar, agar, eggs and passion fruit juice with a mixer.

Mix well with a mixer and pour into a mold, on a baked cake.

Then return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for about 20 more minutes.

Remove the cake from the oven and let cool completely, then sprinkle with powdered sugar and orange zest.
