200 g (2 cup)
3 g (1 tsp)
1 g (⅕ tsp)
100 g (½ cup)
120 g (8 tbsp)
120 g (2 pieces)
6 g (1 tsp)

Please follow the next steps:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Beat the sugar and butter in a large bowl or stand mixer until smooth.
Add all the other ingredients and mix with a large spoon or mixer on low speed.
Cover a baking tray with parchment paper and put 1 tbsp scoops of dough 2-3 inches apart. Adjust the shape of cookies by slightly pressing them and creating a round.
Bake for 15 minutes. Move to a cooling rack in 5 minutes.
