Burrito is a well-known Mexican dish that can become a go-to recipe in your household. The filling can be anything: minced meat, rice, beans, avocados, tomatoes, and peppers. There are only 3 required ingredients: beans, tomato sauce, and cheese. So, we offer you to cook a very simple and original chicken burrito recipe!
Chicken breast

50 g (½ cup)
Spinach
40 g (1 cup)
Cucumber
50 g (½ pieces)

Preheat a pan with butter

Cut the chicken breast into small cubes (1 Х 1 cm)

Put the meat in the pan, cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes. Season with salt and spices to taste

Tear the spinach leaves with your hands, cut the cucumber and carrot into thin slices.

Into the top of the lavash place cooked chicken, mayonnaise and vegetables, roll up .

Place the burrito in the pan where the chicken was cooked and heat for 1-2 minutes on each side. Done! Enjoy!
To make the meat less greasy, skin the bird, choosing the brisket rather than the thighs or back.
Swap mayonnaise for yogurt based sauces.
