Here is a fresh idea for combining meat and vegetables in a tasty and fast meal. Chicken spinach recipe contains both chicken meat that is an excellent source of lean protein and spinach - a real storehouse of vitamins. Just half an hour in the kitchen and you get a weeknight dinner!

Chicken spinach Recipe

Essential ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    250 g

  • Mozzarella

    100 g

  • Ricotta cheese

    100 g (1 cup)

Ingredients to taste

Salt, Black pepper, Oregano, Olive oil

How to make

Please follow the next steps:

    Make transverse cuts (not through) in the chicken filet to make pockets. Rub the filet with salt and spices to taste.

    Cut the mozzarella cheese into slices.

    In a deep bowl, combine ricotta cheese with chopped spinach. Add salt to taste.

    Preheat the oven to 180°C / 356°F.

    Put the filet on a baking sheet, stuff with stuffing, put mozzarella on top.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes.
