Pork steak is a nutritious dish that saturates the body for a long time and provides it with enough energy. The minerals that make up its composition break down fats and, in reasonable quantities, help maintain a normal weight. For a pork steak, it is better to choose meat from the shoulder blades, thigh and neck - in these parts it is the most juicy and quickly fried.

How to make

    Clean and dry the meat.

    Heat a frying pan on the stove.

    Salt and pepper the meat on all sides and put it in a pan with butter.

    Add rosemary sprigs and garlic cloves.

    Fry the meat on both sides for 5-10 minutes. Make sure the meat doesn't burn.

    When the meat stops flowing, remove the pan from the heat.
