Tabbouleh (also tabouli) is a Middle Eastern dish people enjoy all over the world. The recipe uses healthy vegetables and spicy herbs. You can try different variations of the dish by replacing bulgur with couscous or lentils.

Essential ingredients

  • Bulgur

    100 g (½ cup)

  • Tomatoes

    100 g (1 pieces)

  • Cucumber

    100 g (1 pieces)

  • Parsley

    30 g (½ tsp)

How to make

    Rinse bulgur under running water, put into a small saucepan, and cover with cold water (in a ratio of 1:3), cook for 10-15 minutes, add a little salt, let it cool down

    Meanwhile, dice vegetables into large cubes (up to 2 cm) and cut the mint and parsley.

    Prepare the salad sauce: combine honey, olive oil, in a separate container, add salt, pepper, to taste, mix everything thoroughly.
