Do you know that iceberg lettuce is an excellent source of potassium and manganese? Have you heard that the extra fats are eliminated in the process of smoking, which means that smoked chicken is high in protein content and low in fat? Overall, smoked meat is high in proteins, and eating a high protein food is good for an organism. So, all these fantastic characteristics are gathered in one salad!

Essential ingredients

  • Carrots

    30 g (⅕ cup)

  • Olive oil

    5 g (1 tsp)

  • Tofu

    80 g

  • Lettuce

    80 g (1½ cup)

  • Peas

    20 g (0.1 cup)

  • Chicken breast

    150 g

  • Bell peppers

    50 g (¼ pieces)

  • Broccoli

    50 g (½ cup)

Ingredients to taste

Soy sauce, Lemon juice, Sesame seeds, Salt, Black pepper

How to make

    Preheat a pan.

    Take shredded smoked chicken. If you don’t already have this on hand, the boiled one will bi fine and put it in the pan.

    Peel and cut the carrots into slices.

    Cut bell pepper into stripes.

    Place the carrots and bell pepper in the oiled pan and simmer covered over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

    Add the peas, broccoli and soy sauce to the pan with the carrots. Mix everything and simmer over medium heat for another 5 minutes.

    Cut the tofu into large cubes. Add it to the pan and simmer for another 5 minutes over medium heat (do not overcook the tofu, it should remain firm).

    Gently tear the lettuce leaves, place them evenly on a flat plate and sprinkle with lemon juice.

    Place the contents of the pan over the lettuce leaves and sprinkle them with sesame seeds. Dinner is ready!
