Banana bread is a classic recipe, all-American comfort food that fills the whole house with coziness and makes everything better. Banana bread is real magic.
The recipe is adjustable! Any of the following flours will perform well. But we recommend whole wheat flour and whole wheat pastry flour. They offer all the entire wheat nutrients without the characteristically nutty flavor.

20 g (2 tsp)

40 g (1 pieces)
Bananas
60 g (½ pieces)
Vanilla extract
2 g (0.3 tsp)

2 g (0.3 tsp)
Whole wheat flour
50 g (0.3 cup)

Please follow the next steps:

Preheat the oven to 165 degrees Celsius ( or 325 degrees Fahrenheit) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

Beat the honey and oil together with a whisk in a large bowl.

Add the eggs and beat well. Then whisk milk with the mashed bananas.

Add the vanilla, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and whisk to blend.

Stir in the flour, just until combined. If you decide to add any additional mix-ins, gently fold them in now.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.

Bake for about 60 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes clean.

Let the banana bread cool in the loaf pan for 10-15 minutes.

Carefully put the loaf on a wire rack to cool before slicing. Enjoy!
