This recipe is just the easiest fresh strawberry pie you've ever cooked. There's no added sugar to the filling. You just use the sweetness of the strawberries here, so your strawberries must be very sweet and ripe! The interesting point is that despite the baking process, the pie still has healthy nutrients like dietary fiber, Iron, and Calcium.

Well, before you start cooking, keep in mind a few tips:

  • Opt for fresh strawberries instead of thawing one. It will help to prevent the crust from being runny and soggy.
  • Don't be in a hurry to take the pie from the fridge. It should rest enough, again, for the crust not to be runny.
  • Always weigh out your ingredients before beginning. That is a good baking practice, ensuring you're not missing anything during the process!
