You have no time but want to cook something delicious and healthy? Escarole salad is an ideal decision for you! The recipe takes a maximum of 10 minutes. At the same time, it contains all vitamins and minerals needed both for adults and kids. Fiber, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, vitamin C, vitamin K, folate... The list is very long!
Escarole
150 g (1 cup)
Olives
18 g (6 pieces)
Raisins
10 g (2 tbsp)
Onions
90 g (1 pieces)
Garlic
3 g (1 tsp)
Olive oil, Salt, Black pepper
Please follow the next steps:

Put a skillet over medium heat until hot.

Add chopped shallot and garlic, oil, pepper flakes, and season salt to your taste.

Add olives and raisins. Stir to combine.

Add the chopped escarole, season it with salt and cover with the lid. Steam it for 5 minutes.

Remove the lid. Increase the heat to the medium-high.
