Essential ingredients

  • Escarole

    150 g (1 cup)

  • Olive oil

    5 g (1 tsp)

  • Olives

    18 g (6 pieces)

  • Raisins

    10 g (2 tsp)

  • Onions

    90 g (1 pieces)

  • Garlic

    3 g (1 tsp)

How to make

    Put a skillet over medium heat until hot.

    Add chopped shallot and garlic, oil, pepper flakes, and season salt to your taste.

    Add olives and raisins. Stir to combine.

    Add the chopped escarole, season it with salt and cover with the lid. Steam it for 5 minutes.

    Remove the lid. Increase the heat to the medium-high.

    Stir for 3 minutes or until the liquid has evaporated and the greens are soft. Your salad is ready. Bon Appetit!
