All ingredients are very rich and healthy! Kumquat saturates the dish with an unusual taste and brings new flavor notes to your dinner. Very useful for those who prefer not to overload their stomach too much. Depending on the desired calorie content, you can choose the type of meat.

Essential ingredients

  • Arugula

    50 g (2½ cup)

  • Kumquat

    200 g

  • Chicken breast

    150 g

  • Orange

    100 g (1 pieces)

Mustard, Balsamic vinegar, Olive oil, Sugar, Salt, Black pepper

How to make

Please follow the next steps:

    Salt and season the chicken / turkey filet just before frying. Fry on both sides in a heated pan with oil.

    Then cut the meat into small, thin pieces.

    Cut the kumquat into slices, removing the seeds-nucleoli.

    Sauce: squeeze the juice from half an orange, add sugar, balsamic, mustard and oil. Close the jar of sauce and shake well.

    In a cup, mix arugula, kumquat and filet pieces, pour over the sauce, salt and pepper.
