An unusual summer salad that can please you with its extravagant taste. Perfect for a festive table or a light dinner. Rich in vitamin C, orange and lychee will boost your mood and immunity!

Essential ingredients

  • Lychee

    400 g (2 cup)

  • Chicken breast

    700 g

  • Lettuce

    400 g (1 cup)

  • Orange

    300 g (1 pieces)

  • Green onions

    50 g (½ cup)

  • Salt

    1 g (1 tsp)

How to make

    Prepare in advance the chicken by pre-boiling the breast for the salad.

    Cut the chicken and lettuce leaves into thin slices and mix in a deep bowl.

    Add green onion and chopped orange to this.

    Peel the lychee, cut the balls into 2 parts, take out the pit and add to the salad.

    If the dish is not sufficiently saturated with fruit juice or you want to improve its taste, you can season it with sour cream and salt.
