125 g (½ cup)
12 g (3 tsp)
3 g (½ tsp)

Please follow the next steps:
1. Take the blueberries and place them in a blender.
2. Add milk and blend until smooth.
3. Add chia seeds and vanilla extract, and blend again until smooth.
