Essential ingredients

  • Spinach

    80 g (2 cup)

  • Pineapple chunks

    140 g (1 cup)

  • Mango chunks

    140 g (1 cup)

  • Hemp seeds

    15 g (2 tbsp)

  • Chia seeds

    8 g (2 tsp)

  • Coconut water

    100 g (½ cup)

  • Vanilla protein powder

    40 g (2 tbsp)

How to make

Please follow the next steps:

    Take spinach, add pineapple and mango chunks and pour them into a blender.
