  • Spinach

    15 g (½ cup)

  • Kale cabbage

    65 g (½ cup)

  • Acai powder

    1 g (1 tsp)

  • Coconut flakes

    30 g (6 tsp)

  • Hemp seeds

    7 g (1 tbsp)

  • Chia seeds

    4 g (1 tsp)

  • Avocado

    100 g (½ pieces)
