This smoothie is a perfect combination of green fiber and multiple healthy fat sources. Coconut, hemp and chia seeds, and avocado will provide your body with natural oils that will make your skin and hair healthier. Try this smoothie separately or as an addition to a full meal. It is not calorie-dense yet satiating and refreshing.
Spinach
15 g (½ cup)
Kale cabbage
65 g (½ cup)
Acai powder
1 g (1 tsp)
Coconut flakes
30 g (6 tsp)
Hemp seeds
7 g (1 tbsp)
Chia seeds
4 g (1 tsp)
Avocado
100 g (½ pieces)
