An egg sandwich is what you’ve been looking for to become your favorite and quick meal. You can replace fatty sandwiches with beef and sausages with an egg sandwich. You won't even notice how this dish will become your daily quick hunger quencher!
10 g (2 tbsp)
50 g (1 pieces)
50 g (0.3 pieces)
Whole grain bread
80 g (2 slices)
Red bell peppers sliced
70 g (¼ cup)
20 g (1 slices)
25 g (½ cup)
Please follow the next steps:
Warm up the bread and put slices of cheese, tomatoes, and sweet pepper on one half of the sandwich.
In the meantime, fry a small fried egg in butter - such that the yolk is half cooked.
Put the finished fried eggs on bread and cover everything with a leaf of lettuce and a few pieces of pepper and tomatoes.
Decorate everything with microgreens and cover with a second piece of bread. Bon Appetit!
You can use toast bread for making egg sandwiches. It’s already cut and the pieces are large enough.
Pack the egg well in lettuce leaves so that the yolk does not leak out.
