Lemon pasta is a great way to use up leftover lemons and make a delicious meal. Lemons help to satisfy the feeling of hunger and cleanse the entire body of toxins. With a light garlic flavor and bright citrus notes, this delicious pasta is ready in just 15 minutes.
Spaghetti (or gluten-free spaghetti)
150 g
Garlic
3 g (1 tsp)
Thyme
5 g (1 tsp)
Olive oil
5 g (1 tsp)
Lemon
60 g (½ pieces)
Pine nuts
5 g (1 tsp)
Salt, Black pepper
Please follow the next steps:
1
Grate the zest from the lemons on a fine grater, then squeeze the juice.
2
In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, lemon zest and juice. Salt and pepper. Add toasted nuts and mix well. Leave for approximately 1 hour.
3
Then boil the pasta in a saucepan of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving 1 cup pasta water.
4
Pour the lemon sauce into a saucepan and place over high heat. Add some water from pasta. Heat well without boiling and remove from heat.
5
Spread the pasta and pour over the sauce. Sprinkle generously with freshly ground black pepper on top and serve.
Lemon normalizes metabolism, breaks down fats, removes toxins from the body, improves immunity, and also reduces hunger.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 2 minutes less than indicated on the package.
You can leave out the pine nuts and thyme, but the pasta will get a more savory and rich flavor with these ingredients.
