Diverse, very healthy for the body, when cooked correctly, it is insanely tasty and in cooking it is used as an aperitif, snack, luxurious sandwiches, fritters, and so on and so forth.

Essential ingredients

  • Herring fillet

    300 g

  • Apple

    120 g (1 pieces)

  • Onions

    60 g (½ pieces)

  • Breadcrumbs

    50 g (½ tsp)

  • Reduced fat 2% milk

    50 g (1 cup)

  • Butter 82.5%

    70 g (1 tbsp)

  • Apple cider vinegar

    20 g (1 tsp)

How to make

Please follow the next steps:

    Soak the bread crumb in milk.

    Chop the herring filet.

  3. 3

    Cut the peeled apple and onion into cubes and combine in a blender with butter, vinegar, bread crumb squeezed from milk and beat until smooth.

    Combine the resulting mixture with herring, salt and pepper. Seal tightly and refrigerate for 2 hours.

    Serve mincemeat chilled. Enjoy your meal!
