The Provencal fish is very tasty, tender and dietary. White fish contains B vitamins, which help detoxify the body and fight inflammation. Baked fish is always a great light dinner, and any side dish is possible!
Extra virgin olive oil
5 g (1 tsp)
Garlic
9 g (3 tsp)
Seedless olives
21 g (7 pieces)
White fish filet
160 g (2 pieces)
Tomatoes
40 g (1 pieces)
Green string beans
40 g (0.3 cup)
Dry white wine, Parsley, Salt, Dijon mustard, Black pepper, Red onions
Please follow the next steps:
1
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
2
In a bowl, mix olive oil, white wine, minced garlic, finely chopped olives, parsley, mustard, salt and pepper.
3
Take 2 sheets of foil for each, lay out half the green beans, after cutting off the tips, and tomatoes cut in half.
4
Put a piece of fish on top of the vegetables and drizzle with the prepared dressing. Top with thinly sliced onion.
5
Wrap the foil tightly and place on a baking sheet. Send to the oven for 16 minutes.
6
Carefully open the foil and transfer the fish and vegetables to serving plates. Pour over the melted juices. Sprinkle it with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, drizzle lightly with olive oil and serve.
If you want to lose weight, choose lean fish. Fish is quick to cook, easy to digest and almost completely absorbed by the body.
You can use any spices for fish: rosemary, paprika, thyme, sesame, curry or garlic.
