Essential ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    150 g (½ cup)

  • Onions

    40 g (0.3 pieces)

  • Parsley

    3 g (1 tsp)

  • Garlic

    3 g (1 tsp)

  • Soy sauce

    5 g (1 tsp)

  • Olive oil

    5 g (1 tsp)

  • Flour

    50 g (0.3 cup)

How to make

    Choose mushrooms of a middle size, clean them, and coat them in flour.

    Add salt and pepper to your taste.

    Cut onions into rings. Mix onions and mushrooms in a bowl and then put them into a frying pan.

    Cook until they become brown and crispy.

    Remove the mass from the pan and sprinkle with parsley and basil. Your delicious dinner is ready to serve!
