Essential ingredients

  • Red bell peppers chopped

    40 g (¼ cup)

  • Gluten-free pasta

    75 g

  • Olives

    24 g (8 pieces)

  • Canned tuna (in its own juice)

    50 g (0.3 cup)

  • Pine nuts

    8 g (2 tsp)

  • Lemon juice

    5 g (1 tsp)
