First, preheat an oven to 400°F.

Prepare the meatballs: mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper and milk in a large bowl. Form the meatballs into small 1-inch balls (you can use a cookie scoop to make it easier). Then press them a bit.

Peel and slice potatoes.

Slice tomatoes and stripe bell peppers.

Put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Place all the ingredients in rows one by one in it. Season with salt, pepper, and basil to your taste.

Put into the oven. Bake for about 25 minutes. The dish can be served with sprinkled parsley.
You can take different kinds of meat, such as ground pork or turkey, or even combine them. But we recommend choosing chicken, as it contains fewer calories.
