150 g (1 cup)
100 g (1 cup)
150 g (2 cup)
20 g (1 cup)
40 g (½ pieces)
Salt, Black pepper, Thyme
Please follow the next steps:
Start cooking the quinoa according to the instructions on the package.
While the grain is being cooked, heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet.
Put the sliced mushrooms and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes until they are softened and slightly golden.
Put the mushrooms aside when they are ready.
Now start searing the chopped broccoli—Cook for about 1 minute.
As soon as the broccoli is cooked to its vibrant green and slightly softened, remove the pan from the heat. Add the cooked quinoa to it and the chopped basil leaves. Serve with the lime slice and a sprig of thyme. Bon Appétit!
Do not immerse quinoa in non-boiling water. The food becomes exceptionally tender in boiling water and fills the water with its taste and aroma.
The most harmful type of food heat treatment is frying. Boiled or seared vegetables without the use of oil are much healthier.
