    150 g (1 cup)

  • Broccoli

    100 g (1 cup)

  • Mushrooms

    150 g (2 cup)

  • Basil

    20 g (1 cup)

  • Lime

    40 g (½ pieces)

How to make

Please follow the next steps:

    Start cooking the quinoa according to the instructions on the package.

    While the grain is being cooked, heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet.

    Put the sliced mushrooms and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes until they are softened and slightly golden.

    Put the mushrooms aside when they are ready.

    Now start searing the chopped broccoli—Cook for about 1 minute.

    As soon as the broccoli is cooked to its vibrant green and slightly softened, remove the pan from the heat. Add the cooked quinoa to it and the chopped basil leaves. Serve with the lime slice and a sprig of thyme. Bon Appétit!
