Prime rib is considered to be a succulent piece of cooking art. Whenever we need a genuinely show-stopping festive roast, we turn to it. A well-cooked prime rib is fleshy, full of flavor, and easy to make. Plus, it's unusual: You'll make your guests believe you labored for hours. But! It'll be your small secret that it was no effort, and your oven did all the work!

Salt, Black pepper, Rosemary sprig
Please follow the next steps:
Take the ribs out of the package and place it in a roasting pan. Let the meat come to room temperature for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 450º.
Generously season all sides of the ribs roast with salt and ground black pepper. Place roast in a roasting pan fat-side up.
Put half the rosemary in the bottom of the pan around the roast.
Roast for 30 minutes, then reduce heat to 350º and cook for 1 hour 30 minutes more for medium-rare.
Remove the cooked ribs from the oven and cover with foil. Let rest for 20 minutes.
Serve the dish on a platter with the remaining half fresh rosemary. Enjoy!
