The tomato rice recipe has a bunch of variations. But we have prepared the most suitable one for a weight loss meal plan! Starting with basmati rice, which is packed with healthy carbs, and finishing with the parmesan, you create an excellent diet for weight management. Parmesan is full of calcium and protein. Both help the body metabolize fat. What is more valuable is that cheese is also a low-lactose food. It means that some people who are sensitive to dairy may be able to eat it.

This dish will be a perfect opportunity to upgrade your cooking skills and spend time with your beloved people in a warm, healthy atmosphere! So, no time to wait. Let's start reading the recipe and heat an oven!
