There are different types of rice noodles, so if you want to cook them most deliciously, follow the directions on the package. Usually, you'll need to soak your rice noodles in cold water for about 10 minutes until they're nice and soft. Be sure to drain well!

Or cook them in boiling water, then rinse them in cold water to remove the surface starch. Once you finish rinsing, toss noodles in a bowl with just a tiny amount of oil to prevent further sticking. Toss them every five minutes until you're ready to use them!

  • Red bell peppers sliced

    3 g (1 cup)

How to make

Please follow the next steps:

    Place rice noodles in a medium bowl. Pour hot water on top to cover. Soak for about 10 minutes until al dente or as determined on the package instructions.

    Meanwhile, slice carrots and bell pepper and chop parsley.

    Drain the noodles. Cut several times with scissors into roughly 6-inch lengths and set aside.

    Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add the oil and cut vegetables. Sauté for 3-4 minutes or until tender.

    Then add back the noodles and give them some toss.

    Drizzle the olive oil on top. Add the fresh parsley.

    Toss several times more and taste. Season with salt and pepper if needed, and serve.
