Nothing says cozy food to everyone like a big, hearty plate of homemade lasagna. It's one of the top dishes at family meetings and special occasions. You may think it's time-consuming to cook such a culinary masterpiece. But we are happy to surprise you! Only 15 minutes of preparation time, 30 minutes of cooking, and you grab a tasty piece of lasagna that just melts in your mouth.

Most homemakers prefer lasagna recipes with ricotta cheese, but something about the texture ruins it for somebody. Ricotta, specifically when poorly done, comes off as more chunky than creamy. That's why we offer you to replace it with mozzarella cheese! Moreover, not all people know that ricotta is a good source of protein and promotes gut health!

Weight Loss Tips

  • If you bought tough meat, do not despair, you can quickly soften it. Place the meat on a dry, clean sheet, cover with salt and leave for one hour.

  • Try to make minced meat yourself, as lard is often added to it in the store.

  • Beef broth is great for a diet. So you can use the remaining meat for cooking it. Its nutritional value per 100 grams is only about 4 calories. Thus, 8 calories per cup!
